Lisa served her country as a U.S. Marine, became a Tattoo Artist in 1991 and transitioned to Master Herbalist in 2018, earning her diploma through the Midwest School of Herbal Studies. She currently offers Herbal Consultations through her clinical herbal practice.
Lisa finished her Earth Spirit Medicine™ Shamanic training in April of 2023 under Shaman Diane Littel of Earthways Healing. She also holds her Reiki I and Reiki II certificates and continues her herbal learning through
continuing education.
Lisa is currently focusing on her clinical herbal services and offering shamanic services on a very limited basis.

Tracy is a Licensed and Board Certified Massage Therapist, specializing in neck and shoulder tension and pain management.
She graduated in 2002 from CenterPoint School of Massage. Tracy is also a Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor and continuing education provider.
Tracy's belief that healing comes from within is what guides her work. She combines a clinical approach with relaxation techniques for a massage that is effective in relieving both pain and stress. She uses a variety of techniques to cater to individual needs including deep tissue, Swedish or relaxation, trigger point, and light stretching and mobilization.
She seeks to create a safe and comfortable space for her clients and to apply techniques that will support their own natural healing processes.

Lori attended massage school and completed her training in 2004 becoming a Massage Therapist but at the time was unable to dedicate the time or hours to practice this full time. Lori took many hours of classes and training to receive her certification as a Reiki Master in 2021 and Holy Fire® & Karuna® Reiki in 2023.
Along with offering Reiki, Lori has her certification to offer Reflexology of the hands, feet and outer ear. You can focus on one, two or all three areas in one appointment.
Lori has other niches she brings to the table, and we would encourage you to come meet her and get to know her. She can then tell you about some of the other energy and wellness services she can provide firsthand.
