Join me, Lisa, at Silver Creek Springs farm in Clayton, WI! We'll be walking the property, identifying some of the wonderful native WI plants and discussing how we can partner with them as herbal medicine. We'll take some time to get to know a few favorites, pick some herbs for tea and connect with the plants through our senses.  We'll have a sit down after the walk to further discuss the plants and have a cup of herbal tea, gathered from our local plants. You'll be able to take home some herbs to use for yourself too!  If you have any specific health interests that you'd like me to speak about, please send me a DM and I'll make sure to address local herbal partners for those.  Bring along your favorite mug, water bottle, good walking/hiking shoes and whatever snacks/accessories you like to have with you on a hike.
