During this class Master Herbalist Lisa will cover the definitions of eczema to help you understand how it's affecting your body.  She'll provide you with lifestyle, diet and herbal options you can draw from as solutions to help you deal with eczema outbreaks, and hopefully, reduce them completely. You'll receive a detailed handout, but if you like to take notes, feel free to bring along a journal.
